Polsinelli has strengthened its tax practice in Chicago with the hire of shareholder Edward Hannon.
The new addition joins the firm from Quarles & Brady, where he had been partner since 2015.
Hannon brings with him more than 25 years of experience and a focus on tax costs in real estate investments and transactions. He has also an interest on tax provisions, included in stock purchase agreements, merger agreements and tax sharing agreements for US based businesses.
