Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison has announced the addition of a new partner to its New York tax practice.
Robert Holo rejoins the firm, where he began his career as an associate, after more than 23 years with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
He has extensive experience acting for banks, private equity funds and investors, among others, on tax matters in connection with acquisitions in cross-border mergers and other transactions.
