Perlman Vidigal Godoy Advogados has announced the addition of a new partner to its tax team in Brazil.
Maurício Braga Chapinoti joins the firm from TozziniFreire Advogados, where he had been tax partner for seven years. He had previously worked at Pinheiro Neto Advogados for 12 years and he had been a member of the international tax services team at EY in São Paulo.
Chapinoti brings with him an extensive background in various areas of law, particularly in tax consultancy and administrative litigation. He has accumulated also a broad experience in corporate restructuring, M&A, international tax planning and transfer pricing.
