Following the international growth of our firm, we are pleased to announce that Cristiano Bortolotti has joined TPS.
He began his professional career at the tax department of large multinationals in the medical and luxury industries. Then, he was an equity partner at Dentons before founding his tax practice in 2015. From 2014 to 2023, he was a teacher at SUPSI University for the International Tax Msc.
Throughout his 25 years of experience, he has participated in numerous and varied Transfer Pricing projects in the main industries and has extensive experience with many jurisdictions.
New incorporation
Cristiano has notable experience in planning and documentation work, as well as all kinds of administrative procedures related to tax inspections, mutual agreement procedures (MAP) and Advanced Pricing Agreements (APA).
He is based in Italy, from where he will reinforce and develop the TPS practice in Northern Europe and in Italy.
