McCarthy Tétrault adds equity partner to its tax group in Toronto

McCarthy Tétrault has announced the addition of a new partner to its tax practice in Toronto.

Raj Juneja worked for the last seven months as chief financial officer at AutoCanada. He left the position to join McCarthy Tétrault as an equity partner to the firm’s tax group. Prior to that he had spent 14 years as a partner at Davies Ward Philipps & Vineberg.

Juneja brings with him more than 18 years’ experience on corporate finance, capital markets, private equity, hedge funds, domestic and cross-border reorganizations.
