Plesner has announced that senior tax litigator Søren Lehmann Nielsen has joined the firm as a partner.
Nielsen joins the team from Brunn & Hjejle, where he has spent the previous 28 years. He was admitted to the Danish High Court in 1995 and has been a Supreme Court attorney since 2000.
He has advised clients from a variety of sectors on all manner of tax disputes, including transfer pricing disputes. He is currently listed as a leading practitioner in the Danish tax market by the Legal 500, Chambers & Partners and World Tax.
