Finnish firm Krogerus has announced the addition of a new partner to its tax practice.
Samu Lassila, who has a particular expertise and focus on M&A matters, joins the firm from EY, where he had been for more than eight years. He joins the firm as a partner elect, and he will join the partnership as of 1 April 2020.
Prior to his time at EY, Lassila previously worked for Nordic firm Roschier for a year.
