US firm Greenberg Traurig has announced that it is adding a new shareholder in its tax and real estate practice in London.
Clive Jones rejoins the firm from DLA Piper, where he most recently served as the head of its UK tax practice.
His work is focused transactions, funds and investment structures, primarily in the real estate and financial services sectors.
