Brazilian firm Galvão Villani Advogados has announced it has welcomed a new partner to the team and with him a new name.
Carlos Eduardo Navarro joins the firm from Viseu Advogados, where he had been for more than five years and most recently served as head of tax and customs. Upon his joining, the firm was renamed Galvão Villani Navarro Advogados.
He brings with him more than 15 years of experience including structuring , notably for domestic and foreign start-ups, and business restructuring.
