Kasper Toftemark has more than 20 years of experience with transfer pricing. Over the years, Kasper has specialized in areas such as restructuring and optimization of company structures, tax dispute resolution and MAPs, valuation of intangible assets and major transfer pricing documentation projects.
Furthermore, Kasper specializes in implementing transfer pricing processes at companies to facilitate transaction flow and transfer pricing documentation processes.
Kasper holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Copenhagen Business School and started directly at Deloitte. After a few years, Kasper joined a major energy engineering company as Head of Tax. Kasper has since returned to Deloitte.
Alongside his work at Deloitte, Kasper is an external lecturer in Transfer Pricing at Aarhus University.
Furthermore, Kasper has published a wide range of different articles on transfer pricing over the years and is a frequent speaker at various Deloitte conferences and external conferences.
