His experience spans a wide range of activities, encompassing manufacturing, commerce, real estate, and services. His clients have included local corporations and subsidiaries or branches of foreign entities. He possesses extensive experience in international transactions, having participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions, audits, restructurings, resolutions, compliance projects, and more.
A participant and speaker for 27 years at numerous events and conferences in Mexico and abroad, at various organizations and universities. Author of several tax analyses published in journals for public accountants. Jorge has been a speaker at various institutions, universities, and other organizations related to tax matters.
Certified Public Accountant. Member of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants. Member of the Mexican College of Public Accountants and was a member of the Tax Commission from 1997 to 2005 and Vice President from 2004 to 2006. He is currently a member of the Board of Governors. Member of the Academy of Fiscal Studies, of which he was President from 2002 to 2004.
