Julien Pellefigue, Partner Attorney, practices within the Transfer Pricing team of Deloitte Société d'Avocats.
Julien, a partner at the firm, is a member of the firm's transfer pricing team.
His practice covers all aspects of transfer pricing, both in an advisory and litigation capacity. Due to his background, Julien is particularly involved in cases requiring both tax and economic expertise, notably concerning valuation issues, complex litigation, and the development of profit-sharing methods.
Julien also conducts tax policy evaluations and has recently carried out impact analyses on withholding tax for personal income tax, the digital services tax, the impact of the RE2020 regulation, comparative analysis of economic support policies during the Covid crisis, and more.
In addition to his advisory work, Julien Pellefigue is an associate researcher at CRED (Center for Research in Economics and Law) and teaches the economic analysis of tax law at Paris II Panthéon Assas University. He has published numerous academic articles on economics and law, and has testified on several occasions before the OECD as part of the BEPS project and before the Council of Economic Analysis regarding the taxation of multinational corporations.
Before joining Deloitte Société d'Avocats, Julien was a strategy consultant at AT.Kearney and a partner in a firm specializing in the economics of competition law.
