Josep Serrano Torres

Josep is a partner in the Transfer Pricing practice at Deloitte Legal. An expert in international taxation and transfer pricing, throughout his career he has participated in investment projects by Spanish groups abroad and by foreign groups in Spain, advising on the definition and implementation of the most suitable corporate and operational structure. He has also advised multinational groups on defining their transfer pricing policies and on complying with their documentation obligations in this area.

He has taught international taxation at CEF and the Autonomous University of Barcelona and has collaborated on several articles published in the press on this subject.
