José María Gómez Rosende

José María is the partner in charge of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice at Deloitte Legal. He has over 15 years of professional experience as a tax advisor, specializing in the tax structuring of mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, and tax advice.

He holds a Law Degree from the University of Navarra; a Master's Degree in Tax Law and an Executive Master's Degree in Private Banking from the Garrigues Center for Studies. He is also a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
