Roland Juill

Roland Juill is specialised in corporate/M&A, takeovers and capital market transactions as well as tax advice with special focus on corporate tax law, tax audits, tax disputes and fiscal criminal law proceedings.

Roland started as a trainee lawyer at bpv Huegel in 2014 and became a lawyer at the firm in 2018. Prior to his work as trainee lawyer (2014-2018) he completed his court practice at the Vienna Higher Regional Court in 2013.
