Tomasz Barańczyk

Since 1996, Tomasz Barańczyk has been advising leading companies from various sectors of the economy, with particular emphasis on companies from the energy, oil and gas sectors.

Since 2003, he has been a licensed tax advisor. In the years 2013-2018 he was the managing partner of the legal and tax advisory department in Poland.

Tomasz has extensive experience in conducting comprehensive tax optimization projects for companies, mainly in the field of corporate income tax, VAT, excise duty, customs and other public law charges. In his professional practice, Tomasz managed teams that verified the existing business structures of clients and provided them with comprehensive assistance in the preparation and subsequent implementation of solutions beneficial from a tax perspective.
