Sławomir Krempa is a partner in the legal and tax advisory department.
Sławomir has 14 years of experience in tax advisory – he has been associated with PwC since May 2011, previously he worked at Deloitte for over 10 years.
He specializes in advising on restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions (structuring and due diligence) and international tax issues. He has extensive experience in advising corporate clients, the private equity sector and owners of private companies.
He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Law and Administration) and the Warsaw School of Economics. He obtained a PhD degree in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (in the field of mergers and acquisitions). Licensed tax advisor. Author of a book and many articles on tax aspects of restructuring processes. Member of the Editorial Board of the Tax Review.
