Katharina Mank

Katharina’s projects consists in transfer pricing planning and documentation as well as tax audit defence, MAP, tax courts and APAS. She has also significant experience in permanent establishment projects including questions on respective profit attribution.

Katharina is an author of several publications in different German and international tax journals and co-author of Chapter II, IV and V of the OECD-Guidelines in Kroppen, Handbuch Internationale Verrechnungspreise. In addition, she is frequently engaged as a lecture for external and internal transfer pricing seminars.

Katharina is a transfer pricing partner with 14 years of experience in consulting multinationals in the field of transfer pricing and international taxation leading the transfer pricing team at PwC Essen.

She is a certified tax lawyer (“Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht”) and holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.).
