Deputy office leader of Orrick's Paris office, Jessie's pratice focuses on domestic and international corporate tax. With almost 20 years’ experience, Jessie has been advising her clients on the tax law applicable to their French and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, real estate and restructuring transactions. She also advises companies and their executives on the structuring of their management incentive schemes and assists them in the context of tax audits and litigation.
