With more than 15 years of experience and a solid academic background, Bruno Sartori provides legal services to financial institutions, industries and multinational companies, focusing on M&A transactions, due diligences, strategic tax advice (consultancy) and tax litigation (administrative and judicial), involving direct and indirect taxes on domestic and international transactions. Bruno headed the Compliance and Commercial Taxation department at one of General Electric’s companies in Brazil and focused on transactions involving commercial taxation, stock option plans and taxation of software and new technologies in Brazil and abroad. Prior to joining Mello Torres, he gathered experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), General Electric and Azevedo Sette Advogados.
