Filipe Nogueira

Filipe Nogueira holds a degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto, and in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal (Porto), and is also registered with the Order of Official Auditors, as an Auditor, since 2003.

He performs duties in the Mazars Tax Group in Portugal, leading the VAT practice and being responsible for a vast number of clients, national and international, in virtually all sectors of activity.

Over his career spanning more than 20 years, he has accumulated extensive experience in the VAT area, with emphasis on tax advice and planning in terms of this tax for companies and also for various public entities.

He was named “Indirect Tax Leader” by the international publication “International Tax Review”, which highlights world leaders in the tax area.
