Karolina’s primary focus is on dispute resolution and she is a member of KPMG’s Global Transfer Pricing Dispute Resolution network. She has during the last 10+ years assisted clients in tax audits including defending successfully some of the largest transfer pricing adjustments in Sweden both towards the Swedish Tax Agency but also in Swedish Administrative Courts. Karolina has also successfully assisted clients with resolving double taxation both through APA and MAP processes.
Besides dispute resolution, Karolina works with a broad spectrum of transfer pricing questions for client in varying industries such as technology and financial technology, real estate, gaming and consumer products. Large projects involve value chain analyses for clients with operations in 20+ markets, business restructuring transactions involving sale of intangible assets as well as transfer of business lines. Other project involve setting new transfer pricing policies, transfer pricing compliance and assisting in developing post acquisition transfer pricing structures.
