Caroline is a KPMG Tax Partner in Sweden, with over 20 years of experience in advising large multinationals within the area of international corporate tax.

Caroline is lead tax partner for a number of large Swedish multinational groups across a range of industries and primarily works with domestic and international corporate tax. She has extensive experience within the fields of international tax planning, group restructurings, financing and holding structures, withholding tax, M&A, permanent establishments, EU tax law, as well as tax litigation.
