Marius is a partner in EY Norway and one of Norway’s leading transfer pricing advisors. He is currently the Nordic Advanced Manufacturing / Mobility Tax Leader. Prior to this he was the EY Africa International tax and transfer pricing leader from 2017 to 2020, and before that the leader of the EY transfer pricing group in Norway. He holds a master’s degree in Law and has nearly 25 years of experience within transfer pricing and international tax. Marius advises multinational clients across multiple industries on transfer pricing matters including Tax and Transfer Pricing Operating models, international business restructurings, IP transfers, and optimization of transfer pricing structures. Marius assists and leads controversy processes and has an impressive track record on settlement of tax disputes with the NTA. He also advises clients in APA/MAP processes with competent authorities. Marius key strength is his ability to bring his vast knowledge and experience from working cross sector to his clients and come up with practical solutions to complex challenges.
