He is passionate about Environmental Social Governance (ESG), Technology, Debt Restructuring, and Tax Strategy. He has over 22 years of tax expertise and has worked across Africa, the Middle East, Brazil and the United States. He has extensive experience in the tax industry, including International Tax, Transfer Pricing, Tax Strategy, Tax Risk Management, and Tax Optimization. He has experience working on both national and international assignments, such as Regional Legal Entity Restructuring to optimize tax efficiency; Tax Controllership Oversight and Establishment of Standard Operating Procedures and Transfer Pricing Oversight and Reporting. Patrick is an active Tax Policy Analyst, advising governments and and other institutions on Tax Policies and Economic Policy.
