Paulo Gaspar

Paulo Gaspar is part of the Tax Consulting division at Deloitte Portugal.

He joined the Audit and Financial Consulting area of ​​Andersen (which was later incorporated, through a merger, into Deloitte). Subsequently, he moved to the Tax Consulting division, where he remains.

His extensive professional experience has focused on strategic tax consulting, particularly in structuring investments, special M&A transactions, and corporate reorganizations in a wide variety of industrial, commercial, and service companies.

He is the author of several articles in the tax field, published in the media and specialized journals. He participates as a speaker in various courses and seminars in the area of ​​taxation in Portugal and abroad, and also teaches in several Master's and Postgraduate courses in the field of taxation.
