Flouresya Lousha

Flouresya is a Senior Manager of DDTC Consulting. She has been involved in
transfer pricing advisory and compliance projects for clients in various industries, such as palm oil, coal, automotive, pulp and paper, consumer goods,
pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics, natural ingredients, media &
telecommunication, banking, insurance and leasing. Subsequently, she has also been involved in transfer pricing audit defense and litigation services.

She holds an Advanced Diploma in International Tax (ADIT) from Chartered
Institute of Taxation, United Kingdom. Besides her works, she is a regular speaker on topics regarding transfer pricing in various seminars, trainings, group discussions held by DDTC, and educational institutions.

• Designed a future-proof TP framework for a Japanese healthy beverage MNE. Covered goods, services, and royalties while managing PE risk and enabling regional expansion.
• Assisted one of Indonesia’s largest chemical distributors in defending its profitability position, which had come under potential transfer pricing scrutiny due to a significant drop in earnings.
• Advised an infrastructure company in redesigning its intragroup service framework. Ensured services were justified, documented, and priced at arm’s length to prevent future audit risk.
