Vishal has over 25 years of experience in International Tax & Transaction Structuring. He is the Founder of Aurtus Consulting. Before founding Aurtus Consulting, he was a Partner at KPMG and a co-founder of Dhruva Advisors LLP. Vishal has also worked in organisations such as PwC and RSM. He has worked on marquee M&A transactions, Corporate reorganisations, Family succession matters and complex regulatory issues. His area of expertise also includes devising succession structures, advising on domestic/international tax issues, and structuring inbound and outbound investments.

• Advised on the sale of Sanghi Cements to Ambuja Cements involving a USD 600 million deal
• Advised on the Everstone-Wingify deal wherein Everstone acquired a controlling stake in Wingify, an Indian origin SAAS company
• Advised on the deal involving raising of USD 80 million by Dr. Agarwal Health Care from TPG and Temasek
