Mr. Pranshu Goel is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate in business law from Faculty of Law of Delhi University. He also holds a Certificate in Business Valuations from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a young professional well known as a private client and corporate international tax specialist, having experience in representing and advising multinationals and large business houses on wide range of matters relating to tax controversies, applicability of double tax avoidance agreements, cross border structuring, business reorganization and FDI policy over range of sectors.
Pranshu regularly represents a myriad client before various appellate authorities viz. Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Adjudicating Authority, Benami Law and Benami and Money Laundering Tribunal. He also has prominent experience in Black Money Law, Benami Law and Insolvency and Bankruptcy code.
Pranshu is assisting HNIs and Ultra HNIs manage their wealth through timely legacy planning by way of formation of trust, estate, and inheritance planning. He believes in going above and beyond in every working relationship to provide exceptional client service.
He is chairing the Direct Tax Committee of prestigious BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry and has been regularly representing and sharing industries concerns with the government.
Pranshu is a regular speaker on various professional issues at number of platforms. He has a flair for writing and inter alia has made some imminent contributions by way of co-authoring Tax Disputes and Litigation Review 3rd Edition published by Law Business Research Ltd. U.K., in association with the ABA Section of International Law.
