Marc Sanders

Marc has been an all-round tax advisor for multinationals and private equity for over 20 years. Marc leads the tax team of Alvarez and Marsal in the Netherlands.

He has worked at Andersen, Deloitte, EY and Taxand and has in the past worked in NYC and Aruba. His specialisms include domestic and international taxation with particular emphasis on M&A and private equity transactions, due diligence and financial restructuring. Marc also has experience as an inhouse tax counsel at a multinational and as an expert witness.
