Guido Arie Petraroli

Guido Petraroli founded LED Taxand with Alfredo Fossati in 2018. Guido has over 30 years’ experience advising Italian and large multinationals and institutional investors on a wide range of tax matters. He focuses on private equity transactions, including acquisition finance and real estate finance.

Guido also has an extensive experience in international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and reorganizations. He has a strong competence in the area of tax disputes litigations and Mutual Agreement Procedures. In 2007, Guido has been appointed by the Italian Government as extraordinary commissionaire in 3 important bankruptcy procedures and assisted also in the Alitalia bankruptcy procedure.

Guido is currently advising important multinational groups and companies, spacing from heavy industry and automotive sectors to food, healthcare and cosmetics ones. He is constantly involved in sale and acquisition procedures, assisting also with acquisitions and the related financing of real estate assets. One of the latest transactions relates to the sale of more than 40 real estate assets located in various European jurisdictions.

Guido recently assisted an important leader automotive company in the Mutual Agreement Procedure between Italy and Germany.
