During the research phase, the firm advised IDC Holding in the structuring of a stake sale in a holding with over 1000 employees. In addition, the team aided one of the leading development firms in Western Slovakia with a tax audit involving complex cross-border issues.

During the research period, the firm supported a manufacturing company with its hedging strategy, with an emphasis on hedge derivatives and the accounting and tax consequences that go with them. Furthermore, the team successfully represented a construction business to tax authorities during a tax audit.
