The team regularly advises companies with large international footprints and uses a unique approach to review tax works, identifying legal alternatives for reducing the client’s tax burden. 

The past year the team advised Frame Madeiras Especiais in tax planning, involving the careful analysis of financial aspects, development of internal controls and application of the most advantageous transfer pricing method. Besides these services, the firm assisted the client regarding creation of a foreign branch, opening of the corresponding operational account abroad and guidance regarding the issuance of invoices. 

Senior Partner Oseas Aguiar retired February of 2023. The firm welcomed three new senior tax lawyers, Matheus Lima Zomer, Thaina Felix Rocha, and Fernando Antonio Avelino Bregano. In addition, the firm recruited a litigation Tax manager, Francisco Costa de Albuquerque Maranhao, and a Litigation Tax coordinator, Isabelle Resende Alves Rocha, and an advisory Tax Manager Filipe de Almeida Ferreira.
