A clear work highlight during the research period saw the firm advise Nordea on the tax elements of its combination of its Baltic operations with DNB to create Luminor. The firm assisted in transaction planning and structuring. The firm also advisded Palink, the operator of the second largest retail chain in Lithuania, on the tax elements of a high-value acquisition.
