  • We have actively advised a multinational Brazil-based Fintech in setting up their international operating model, which facilitates payment processing solutions around the globe. In our capacity, we guided the client in determining the tax considerations applicable to the multinational and its business partners, in order to secure adequate compliance of local regulation.
  • We have assisted a multinational renewable energy group headquartered in Japan, in setting up their investment structure in Chile, along with supporting their financing structure in order to remain in line with local regulation and OECD Guidelines on transfer pricing.
  • We have actively assisted a multinational company based in the US, that operates 45 data centers around the globe, in obtaining VAT refunds from the Chilean IRS, which are associated to the investment in extending their network of data centers in Chile
