PFM Associados

Paulo Fernando Melo is the managing partner at PFM Associados, a new firm established in 2017. It has two offices in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo and is active within the oil and gas, energy, natural resources, manufacturing, and private equity sectors. The team specialises in general corporate tax, compliance, corporate restructuring, due diligence, indirect tax, and transactional tax, especially M&A.

The team, since 2021, has been the local advisors to Zwift when it comes to tax/corporate advisory and local business process outsourcing. The team is involved in the structuring of transactions, international tax analysis, tax advisory on indirect taxes, payroll taxes and all taxes pertaining its activities in Brazil.
