Nitya Tax Associates is a law firm specialising in indirect taxes. It recently expanded its presence by adding an office in Mumbai. The team provides services in the areas of GST and customs duty, including advisory support, due diligence and litigation support. Dharnendra Kumar Rana and Deepak Suneja are the key partners in the team. 

Recent examples of the firm’s work saw it assisting multiple clients, including Atria Convergence Technologies and SKH Sheet Metals Components, in a batch of petitions before the Supreme Court. The court subsequently allowed the petitions and directed the Government to allow the filing and revising of TRAN-1/TRAN-2 universally to all taxpayers.
