Energética Serranópolis, and obtained a favorable decision in one of the cases that reached the Superior Court of Justice. The work done was responsible for savings of approximately 35 million reais for the client and will end nearly 22 years of litigation with the Brazilian tax authorities and about 300 judicial proceedings.
During the research period the firm welcomed two new partners: Leandro Bettini from Mattos Filho, and Adriana Rocha
