Advising banks and hedge funds (Bridgepoint, Tendercapital, Muzinich Capital, Hayfin capital, Tosca capital, Kirkoswald capital, Eisler Capital Management) in Italian and cross border deals. He is the referee in consultancy transactions involving international tax and TP matters (Kuwait Petroleum, JP Morgan, Intesa Sanpaolo-Fideuram, Nomura, Banca Generali, FCA Bank, Spencer Stuart and Carlisle, Huawei, Mondoconvenienza, Volotea, Sea Aeroporti, Sofidel, Coesia, Recordati, Menarini).

Among the highlights, e.g. tax assistance to the Friedkin group in purchase of AS Roma calcio; regular assistance to Fiorentina Calcio, AS Roma and other football teams for Italian tax matters.
