CORIT Advisory has positioned itself as one of the foremost boutique tax firms in Denmark. It offers tax consulting services, with a particular focus on advising clients on international tax matters. Jakob Bundgaard is the managing director of the firm. He is supported by fellow taxation specialist Katja Dyppel Weber, who is also a partner at the firm.
The firm led two disputes against the Danish tax authorities regarding the EU concept of final losses and its domestic legal application. It also devised a new carbon capture taxation regime for a renewable energy client.
