The Romanian boutique law firm founded in 2020 comprises 12 lawyers who are experienced in administrative and tax disputes, and tax advisory. Some of the firm’s tax offering includes support with tax and legal compliance, mandatory reporting, tax audit, cross border audit and more. Managing partner and founder Andreea Artenie leads the practice with the support of tax partner Cristi Secrieru. 

In the case studies showcased the tax team represented energy company EDP Renewables before the High Court of Cassation and Justice focusing on the building tax relating to the client’s wind turbines.
