AGM Abogados is specialised in international tax and restructuring, administrative litigation, transfer pricing and real estate mandates. The firm expanded in 2022, with the incorporation of partner Jordi Rovira and his team from Grant Thornton. Cristina Moratalla Plaza is head of the tax accounting area and lawyer Andrea Gonzalo Rodríguez is another senior contact.

The firm advised Anjana Investments before the tax authorities in a partial review procedure. It also acted for Grupo Décor in holding company share allocation with inheritance tax dimensions.

In 2022, partner Ignacio Ruiz, director Cristina Moratalla Plaza, lawyer Andrea Gonzalo Rodríguez and tax advisor Anay Vega Moncayo joined the practice from Grant Thornton.
