Managing Senior Partner of Law Firm DRYLLERAKIS & ASSOCIATES. He specializes in the fields of Corporate Law, M&As, Tax, Competition law and Arbitration (both as lawyer and arbitrator). He served for more than 20 years as General Counsel and General Tax Counsel of the Exxon affiliates in Greece and of Shell Hellas and was a member of their Board of Directors and Management Teams. He has long experience in the area of investment incentives and privatisations, having acted in many cases as legal advisor of the Greek State or of international and Greek investors. He has also participated in law-making committees for the amendment of the legal framework regarding tax law, competition law, corporate law and privatizations. He served as regular member of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee and the Hellenic Competition Committee. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of several Greek companies. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association, of the Board of the Hellenic Association of Law Firms, Vice-President of the Greek Association of Tax Law & Public Finance Studies, Treasurer of the Hellenic Association of European Law, member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and of the Association of Greek Commercialists. He is a regular member of the Tax Committees of the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and of the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie France-Grèce. He has authored numerous works on tax matters and has participated in many seminars and conferences as panelist or coordinator in the areas of tax law, investment incentives, corporate and competition law.
