DS CASAHIERRO ABOGADOS tax department provides tax services in tax planning, litigation, transfer pricing, M&A and audit defence. The firm specializes in the transportation, agriculture, retail, finance, and mining sectors. The tax department is led by Percy Castle. 

During the research period, the firm advised NHOA Americas, in a construction project in Chilca, Peru. The new project aims to build a new Power Plant in Chilca. DC CASAHIERRO, was involved in the tax planning as well as the drafting of the EPC Contract. 

In 2022, the firm was active in recruitment bringing on two new senior associates. Violeta Moncada joins the team from PPU, and Luis Ribbeck joins from TPC Group.
