On October 1, 2024, 'Lemaitre Professionals LP TAX', a tax boutique firm, will be launched after the renowned tax consultancy 'LW TAX Lemaitre Wittkowski' was dissolved on September 30, 2024, almost 14 years after it was founded by Claus Lemaitre.
Munich based ‚Lemaitre Professionals LP TAX' is a tax boutique firm advising German and international financial investors from the private equity and venture capital industry, tech companies as well as private clients and family offices throughout Germany.
LP TAX is headed by Claus Lemaitre, Certified Tax Advisor, Certified Specialist in International Tax Law and Certified Family Officer (FvF) and Julia Leibig, Certified Tax Advisor, Certified Specialist in International Tax Law. The team consists of 10 professionals.
Claus Lemaitre is a renowned tax expert and one of the few tax advisors recommended for tax law by Best Lawyers and Handelsblatt in Germany. Julia Leibig has made a name for herself in the industry through the tax management of renowned, well-known and large single family offices. She has also been active as a advisory board member for many years.
