The London office of Osborne Clarke has announced it is launching a new tax litigation group.
As part of the move, the firm has brought in new partner Ian Hyde to lead the new team from Pinsent Masons.
Hyde had been with his previous firm for 27 years and similarly launched its tax litigation practice in 1992. He also serves as a fee paid judge in the First-tier Tribunal (Tax Chamber) at the Ministry of Justice.
