Italian firm Legance - Avvocati Associati has announced the arrival of two new lawyers in its tax department.
Partner Luca Dal Cerro joins the firm from Linklaters, where he had been since January 2016 and most recently served as the head of tax for Italy, and is joined by managing associate Riccardo Petrelli. Both had previously been at Tremonti Vitali & Associati prior to establishing Linklaters' Milan tax practice.
Dal Cerro has a particular interest in the tax structuring required for inbound and outbound investments in Italy.
