Internationa firm Eversheds Sutherland has announced the addition of a new partner to its tax practice in Düsseldorff.
New partner Simon Weppner will join the team from Taylor Wessing on September 1. He primarily advises clients on the tax structure of company acquisitions and investments.
His clients include investors and managers of private equity funds and other alternative capital investments, which have included Compagnie de Saint-Gobain, REWE and NRW.Bank.
