Brazilian firm Abe Rocha Neto Taparelli Garcez & Giovanini Advogados has announced the arrival of a new partner to its practice in São Paulo.
Juliana Cardoso joins the team from EY, where she had been for almost 16 years and most recently served as senior manager for transaction tax.
Her work is focused tax consulting tax planning, corporate reorganisations (domestic and international), tax structuring of M&A transactions, foreign investments in Brazil, Brazilian investments abroad and international taxation.
