Dariusz Tokarczuk is both the managing partner and head of tax at Gide Loyrette Nouel's Warsaw office. The tax department coordinates with the firm's real estate and corporate teams in much of their work. Areas of distinction for the practice are M&A, capital markets and tax efficient structuring. Piotr Sadownik adds litigation and controversy capacity to the tax practice while the final member of the tax team, Robert Jedrzejczyk, has particular expertise in M&A in the energy sector.
